POSITION DESCRIPTION
POSITION PURPOSE Drive the cross-functional integration of Loss Prevention methodology and practices into Store Operations focusing on reducing shrink/theft/fraud through process improvement. Play a substantial role in the development of all Loss Prevention SOAR strategies across the enterprise.
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES * Use high-level strategic thinking to identify, develop and implement new and effective processes and programs that will reduce the company's exposure to shrink / theft/fraud. * Successfully integrate with Store Operations to ensure proactive approaches for shrink/theft/fraud reduction are taken within the development of new company initiatives. * Prepare and deliver high-level insights, recommendations and communications based on multiple analyses of industry/business data, competitive landscape and institutional research regarding shrink / theft / fraud. * Assist in collaborating findings from data and making high-level verbal/written recommendations and pitches to upper management regarding shrink / theft / fraud reducing measures and practices.
NATURE AND SCOPE * This position has no direct reports. * Reports to Dir Loss Prevention
ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS Must meet many, simultaneous demands for important decisions/actions and face some confrontations or other difficult situations and demands for results. ESSENTIAL SKILLS MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * Must be eighteen years of age * Must pass the Drug Test * Must pass the Background Check
EDUCATION REQUIRED The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
