Publish content and metadata changes using Documentum to the HR Knowledgebase.* 15% Conduct weekly content audits and work closely with HR business teams to ensure content is kept current. Communicating and following through on standard processes for creating and updating content and links. Includes communication and obtaining buy-in from stakeholders at various levels. Participate and perform appropriate quality assurance testing as needed. Participate in weekly huddles and focus group meetings. Communicate and report project status and metrics with management. Respond to adhoc requests.<br><br><b>NATURE AND SCOPE</b>* Typically reports to Manager, Associate Services* No Direct responsibility for supervising others<br><br><b>ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS</b>-* Located in a comfortable indoor area. The Manager owns all associate relations cases through resolution. Approximately 50% of work time involves providing telephone -based resolution of issues. The Manager provides coaching and counseling on issues including, but not limited to, performance management, compensation, terminations, exit processing, interpretation of HR policies, management practices, allegations of sexual harassment, allegations of discrimination, and conflict resolution. The Manager provides guidance on issues of employment law including Family Medical Leave Act, American with Disabilities Act, Wage and Hour Laws, and state-specific laws.
