This position is also responsible for ensuring the Company is in compliance with all applicable federal and state nondiscrimination requirements, immigration and naturalization requirements, and acts as the Company's liaison with the Department of Labor's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP).<br><br><b>MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES</b> -* Responsible for the development and maintenance of written AAPs for all applicable locations, including all activities related to meeting and maintaining goals set by the Company.* Assist in the development and implementation of the overall strategic direction and planning for compliance for the Company. Establish a process to analyze demographics to anticipate areas for attention.* Lead the coordination of the AAP process for the Company through internal partnerships with HR field staff and effective leveraging of external networks on best practices. Establish a process for internally auditing compliance; identify, develop and measure effectiveness of diversity-related programs that will benefit the Company.* Work with the appropriate business units(s) to develop action plans to address any identified issues. Maintain awareness of OFCCP and EEOC regulations that may have an impact on the Company and its goals.* Ensure effective Government Compliance programs are developed and implemented for newly aquired companies.* Oversee projects and project teams related to Government Compliance program.<br><br><b>NATURE AND SCOPE</b> -* Typically reports to Vice President of Employment Practices* Accountable for direct supervision of the work activities of others. In addition to personnel issues -- including selection, termination, performance appraisal and professional development of subordinates.<br><br><b>ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS</b> -* Located in a comfortable indoor area.
