Performs full administrative and general office duties in support of a Director and/or department.
<br><br><b>MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES</b>
* Schedules and coordinates appointments and makes arrangements for meetings, conferences and travel to ensure effective management of supervisor's/department's calendar.
* Screens telephone calls and resolves or refers them as appropriate.
* Prepares routine letters, memorandums, agendas, presentations, forms, etc.
* Responsible for establishing and maintaining official documents and records in appropriate files to ensure organization of materials.
* Performs clerical duties such as typing, note taking, and managing daily mail to make certain that order is maintained within the office or department and documents are accurate.
* Maintains Director's email and voicemail correspondence to maintain adequate and timely communication.
* May require some light accounting/budget review.
<br><br><b>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND COMPETENCIES</b>
* PC skills, knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access), Lotus Notes and the Internet.
* Strong written/verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills and attention to detail, strong
interpersonal skills. Skills in operating office equipment (e.g., fax, copier, phone, etc.)

<br><br><b>POSITION PURPOSE</b> -
Central Investigators (CIT Central Investigation Team) are responsible for the direction and support of Organized Retail Fraud (ORC) investigations within a specified area of the company. The CIT will work with various business partners (IT, Internal Audit, RDOs, DOMs, APMs and APS) and leverage all available investigative tools to eliminate and reduce company exposure to associate theft. Key responsibilities include: analyzing information, determination of exception data to drive investigation, communication and coordination of information to field teams and other partners, management of the investigative process, coordination with law enforcement to ensure effective prosecution and restitution recovery, coordination with IT to develop new exception data, management of remote CCTV viewing to support investigative efforts, and case trend analysis to drive performance and to make recommendations to mitigate theft exposure. The CIT must be able to manage multiple tasks and to gain buy in and support of multiple partners to ensure a successful investigation process within their area of responsibility. The CIT must be effective at training and coaching, as they will support the development of the investigative skill sets within their area of responsibility. The CIT must have strong analytical and problem solving skills, as they will make recommendations to business partners for the elimination of procedural/policy issues that increase theft exposure. The CIT will report directly to the Manager of Central Investigations and will work in a collaborative team environment with the entire CIT Team.
<br><br><b>MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES</b> -
60% Responsible for the identification and elimination of organized retail criminal activity (ORC) within the assigned regions. Develop partnerships with Director, RDO-s, DOM?s, APM?s, and APS? to drive theft and fraud elimination
20% Utilize information from systems reports and databases to identify, investigate, support and communicate internal theft investigations.
20% Develop and maintain positive working relationships with AP teams, financial institutions, law enforcement and industry partners. Provides weekly updates to manager and AP Team within area of responsibility on case load and case management efforts

The purpose of this position is to assist in the effective management of midsized ($500 to $2M) IT Compliance projects, and provide support for work stream teams.  The business analyst is responsible for gathering key project aritifacts, and shares responsibility and accountability with the project leadership team for successful delivery of the entire project.
Business Analyst IT is responsible is responsible for the research and resolution of operational and/or production support issues. The position requires the individual to keep abreast of innovations and changes to The Home Depot systems to ensure having the appropriate tools and training to provide quality support for end users to maximize efficiency. Business Analyst IT will coordinate and meet with IT and business owners to ensure that business requirements are translated into succinct clear requirements with defined ranges . This individual may document current business processes if they are not already in place. The analyst should desire to understand the functional areas related to the system and the business. Will be responsible for working with leadership to identify and quantify business process improvements along with system improvements through the use of technology is critical. This position requires a technical aptitude. Business Analyst IT provides updates on day to day activities and project status.
