POSITION DESCRIPTION

POSITION PURPOSE -The Sr. Director of Finance will serve as the financial business partner for the Division President and his/her leadership team. Responsible for identifying and driving sales initiatives; payroll forecast and controls; expense controls; capital allocation; G&A management; sales and P&L planning, including full P&L responsibility for entire Division. Directs and supervises activities of Region finance leaders.

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES -* 20% Identify and drive sales initiatives for Division* 15% Payroll forecast and controls - maintain payroll forecast by regional and develop forward-looking action plans.* 15% Expense controls - maintain expense forecast on all line items and develop action plan for issues.* 10% Develop and maintain highly effective team: manage talent and diversity.* 10% Sales planning - plan sales at store, district, and region level based on trends and performance.* 10% P&L (gross margin, payroll expenses) planning - build store level plans for all components of P&L.* 10% Capital allocation - prioritize projects, develop cost benefit analyses, and manage overall budget.* 10% G&A Management - maintain dollar and headcount budgets and identify corrective action when needed.

NATURE AND SCOPE -* Position reports to VP Finance, US Stores* Accountable for the management of a department or functional group through subordinate supervisors/managers and for all personnel issues -- including selection, termination, performance appraisal and professional development of subordinates.

ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS -* Typically in a comfortable environment but with regular exposure to factors such as temperature extremes, movingmachinery, loud noise, and fumes which cause noticeable discomfort or a moderate risk of accident or illness.* Typically requires overnight travel 20% to 50% of the time.ESSENTIAL SKILLSMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS -* Must be eighteen years of age or older.* Must pass the Drug Test.* Must pass the Background Check.* Must pass pre-employment tests if applicable.

EDUCATION REQUIRED -The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

POSITION PURPOSE -Performs audits as assigned by management team, addressing key business risks, identifying improvement opportunities and developing solutions. Provides support and guidance as required for executing Customs audits. The scope of these audits will encompass an the examination and evalutation of the adequacy of company's system of internal controls as they relate to Customs. Partners with internal and external partners to identify risks and recommend solutions.

NATURE AND SCOPE -* Typically reports to Mgr/Sr Mgr Global Trade Audit* Accountable for direct supervision of the work activities of others. Planning, monitoring and reviewing work of subordinates is required. This may include direct supervision of a shift or the coordination of multiple work groups. Makes recommendations concerning selection, termination, performance appraisal and professional development.

ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS -* Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.* Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.ESSENTIAL SKILLSMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS -* Must be eighteen years of age or older.* Must pass the Drug Test.* Must pass the Background Check.* Must pass pre-employment tests if applicable.
